AJM Plumbing & Heating can provide an extensive breakdown service for everything concerned with plumbing and heating.  No job is too small – from a leaking tap washer to a broken down boiler, we will do our very best to help you. 

As the company is managed from home, we are always open.  Please do not be afraid to call on weekends or in the evenings.  If there is no-one around to take your call, leave us a short message with your name, telephone number and brief requirements and we will call you back – please, no sales calls!

We also provide yearly servicing for all types of boilers, gas fires and gas hobs.

If you are a Landlord, you will be familiar with Landlords Gas Safety Records, (LGSR), and a legal requirement for letting out a property.

What we can do is provide the client with a reminder service at no extra cost.  The client calls to book an appointment for a service/LGSR, on request, we then enter a reminder in our ongoing calendar to call them in a year’s time.  Once a year has passed and the service/LGSR becomes due again, we will call the customer in the preceding week to arrange an appointment to visit.  We can repeat this for as many years as the client wishes, thus taking the worry of remembering from their shoulders….

If the client desires, we can also start the reminder service for boilers, gas fires etc. that we have installed.

Please be aware, we would like the customer to request this package – we do not automatically do this for every service and LGSR.
